Hunted almost to extinction, the New Zealand sea lion is now the worlds most endangered sea lion. While most of the population is living in the Subantarctic, one breeding female has ensured a population around Otago. Meet the Locals is a partnership between DOC and TVNZ 6 and is distributed by Bush Telly with permission.
