Countdown - 5 weeks to go

The film set will be shifted to the show in 3 weeks time in a giant truck. The set is currently stacked in pieces under tarpaulins against the office building. We will need plenty of labour for an hour on Thursday 19th February at 5.30pm to load the truck and again for a hour Friday morning to unload the truck. Please contact me if you can help. Erecting the set will be finished on the Sunday.

Wai-ora Forest Landscapes, Water Dynamics and Village Stone will then get access on Monday 23 February to do their on set jobs. Ryan Young from Flora Landscapes will work around people to lay paths, nursery and general landscaping. All site landscaping must be completed by Thursday 26.

Ladder work on rigging, power distribution, lighting, and the LCD screens will be done from Friday 27 till Sunday 1.

On set rehearsals start on Monday 2 March.

Tracy will be feeding everyone helping on site.
